Tender bid - vehicles for Kosovo (revised)
Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), one of the world’s largest humanitarian mine action organizations, is expanding its operations in Kosovo with European Union funding.
Norwegian People’s Aid is expanding the Kosovo operations on clearance of cluster bombs. The Kosovo project office is located in Prishtina, and we are supported primarily by the U.S Department of State, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Union. NPA Kosovo is exempted for both customs and VAT based on Public Benefit Status in country.
With the expansion of the clearance programme for cluster bombs, there is a need to procure additional vehicles in NPA operations. Norwegian People’s Aid invites bids from the eligible bidders for the supply of the following vehicles:
Lot 1:
Quantity: 8 units
Description: 4WD vehicles
Drive guide: LHD
Fuel type: Diesel
Seater: 6+3 or similar configuration
Details: Airbags, air conditioning, anti-lock braking system, heavy duty roof rack
Lot 2:
Quantity: 1 unit
Description: 4WD converted for ambulance use
Drive guide: LHD
Fuel type: Diesel
Seater: 3
Details: Airbags, air conditioning and vents, anti-lock braking system, heavy duty roof rack, cool box, standard ambulance accessories.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the bidding procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement guidelines, and is open to all eligible international bidders. Bidders are welcome to bid on individual lots as well as the two combined.

Intent to bid must be notified NPA no later than (28).02.2023. Bids must be sent by email in protected format (e.g. PDF) to the email address tenders@npaid.org by Wednesday, 1st of March 2023, at 16:00 in order to be considered.
All documents and communication must reference “ITT No: 18622022-12 - vehicles”
Bids will be opened only in the presence of NPA bid opening and evaluation committee on 02.03.2023.
