Invitation to Tender: Consultancy Services for Norwegian People’s Aid’s Global Environment and Climate Work

Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) Department for Mine Action and Disarmament (MAD) invites bids from interested eligible bidders for the provision of consultancy services for Senior Environmental Expertise. The aim is to establish at least one long-term /framework agreement (LTA), with an initial contract period of minimum four months, starting 1st September 2024. The LTA(s) may be renewed up to five years in total duration.

Tender will be conducted in accordance with the NPA’s open tendering procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement manual and is open to all interested bidders.

The tender document with instruction to bidders can be obtained by email at kristino@npaid.org and leojan340@npaid.org (please send to both due to summer leave). Any queries shall be sent to the same email addresses before 22nd July 4 PM CET, and will be responded on 26th July.

Bids will only be considered if received in email in PDF format at tenders@npaid.org before 16th PM CET, Friday 2nd August.

Received bids will be opened thereafter by the appointed opening and evaluation committee.
