NPA Laos currently has a need to procure vehicles as listed.

Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), one of the world’s largest humanitarian mine action organizations, is expanding its operations in Laos 2020 to 2021. NPA is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) rooted in the Norwegian Labour Movement. We run projects in more than 30 countries across the globe and works, both through direct implementations of projects and with local partners and with local authorities, to ensure enhanced local competency as the key for sustainable projects.
NPA Laos currently has a need to procure vehicles as listed below for a United States of America Government funded project (US Department of State).
Bidding process will be conducted in accordance with NPA guidelines and donor regulations, and any official purchase order(s) will be issued only after receiving the final tax-free import approval from the Government of Laos.
Norwegian People’s Aid invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of one or more lots of the following vehicles:
Lot 1:
Description: Off-road truck 4x4, diesel single cab (2 doors) complete with platform stake body, roof frame and heavy-duty tarpaulin roof
Quantity: 17 units
Lot 2:
Description: Pickup 4x4 vehicle, diesel double cab (4 doors)
Quantity: 3 units
Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of ITB documents upon request to the e-mail address given below, or alternatively receive by hand from the NPA Country Programme Office, Vientiane Captital, Lao PDR Monday to Friday between (opening hours).
Bids must be delivered to the physical address given below before COB 24.08.2020 (Latest at 17:00pm)
Bids will be opened only in the presence of NPA Bidding Committee at the address below on 26.08.2020
