Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) Peru invites offers
from interested qualified bidders for the provision of consultancy service for the following deliverables:


1) Develop training material and curriculum for EOD level 3 training in line with the IMAS.
2) Assist NPA in the delivery of the EOD training.

Request for Quotations (RFQs) will be conducted in accordance with the NPA’s RFQ procedures as detailed in the NPA procurement manual and is open to all interested bidders.

The RFQ document with instruction to bidders can be obtained by email at themje321@npaid.org. Any queries shall be sent to the same email address before 1 April.

Offers will only be considered if received by email to themje321@npaid.org in English before 6 April 14.00 CET.

Received offers will be opened and evaluated thereafter by the appointed opening and evaluation committee. The contract award will be made for the quotation offering the best value for money, based on service, quality and pricing considerations.

Background:
NPA is currently supporting the Peruvian Air Forces (FAP) in implementing a US DoS Conventional Weapons Destruction (CWD) project focusing on the disposal of obsolete and unserviceable ammunition. As part of this, NPA Peru will conduct Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) level 3 training for FAP personnel as part of explosive management capacity building. The training will also include subjects to EOD Level 3+ (Bulk Demolitions, Aerial Bombs and Guided Weapons). NPA Peru aims to deliver the technical training course of EOD level 3 in line with IMAS T&EP 09.30 published in February 2022.
